Are you ready to run or walk for a cause this weekend? The annual Village Run/Walk to raise community awareness and resources for adults with disabilities and the non-profits who serve them, takes place this weekend. Held on Sunday, October 16, 2016 the Run/Walk is a family festival with live music, exhibits and wellness booths aimed for Valley Village locals and the surrounding communities.

The walk is expected to take place at the corner of Burbank Blvd. and Fulton Ave. Los Angeles Valley College, 5800 Fulton Ave, Valley Glen. Running are required to fundraiser for the event, and building a team is encouraged. The event is open to anyone interested in donating to the event. Volunteers are also need, so get in contact with the supporting organization to help out with this wonder event.

7:00am: Registration opens at Parking Lot A of LAVC

9:00am: Race begins at Burbank Blvd. & Fulton Ave.

9:00am – 12:00pm: Family festival, live music, Kiddie K, giveaways & more
