One of the most famous beaches in Southern California is Laguna Beach, made famous by the reality television show, this quintessential beach town has a lot to offer.  Located only 70 miles from your Valley Village apartment, it is the ideal getaway for a day or a weekend.
 
Laguna Beach has a boardwalk and while it may not be as much fun as Santa Monica, it is a great place to people watch.
