Knocking out a workout in the morning is the easiest way to stay fit and get in a good health routine. Study after study has shown the benefits of a morning workout, yet getting up early for a jog or exercise routine can be easier said than done–especially for people juggling busy lives. Drink water: make drinking two 8 ounce glasses of water in the morning your first stop on your daily routine. Water will rehydrate you, help with digestion, and make your body run the way its supposed to.

Set your clothes out: it's so easy to wake up in the morning and then snooze your alarm. If you need extra help getting out of bed, make your morning routine as easy as possible by setting your clothes out for the night. Or even try sleeping in your workout cloths.

Be intentional: working on in the morning requires a bit of determination and intentional thought. So be sure to be intentional about your routine the night before. Set a bedtime and wind down 30 minutes beforehand.
