
If you are looking for a reason to get away from your Valley Village apartment for a day or a weekend, there is no better time than Easter weekend to head to Temecula’s wine country.
If you haven’t been to Temecula Wine Country in a while, you haven’t been there. There are now over 40 wineries serving world-class wines, great food and music and several places to stay. It is the perfect place for the day (or a day or two).
Here is what is happening this Easter Weekend.
Southcoast Winery
One of Temecula’s premiere wineries will be serving a California Contemporary Wine Country Brunch this Easter from 10 AM to 3 PM in the Vineyard Rose Restaurant. The cost is $65 for adults and $22 for children. It includes 2 glasses of SC Sparkling Wine (adults) and photo opps with the Easter Bunny. Reservations are requires and there is indoor and outdoor seating.
Avensole Winery
There is a new winery in town; Avensole Winery located on Rancho California. They have a great restaurant, wine tasting, and wine tours.
Wilson Creek Winery
Wilson Creek will be serving an amazing brunch buffet from 10 am to 3 pm on Easter Sunday. Enjoy breakfast, entrees, a carving and omelet station, seafood, entrees, deserts and unlimited champagne for only $41.95 per person and $12.95 for kids 3 to 12.
Faulkner Winery
Faulkner Winery’s Pinnacle Restaurant will be serving a sumptuous brunch on Easter with a complimentary glass of champagne from 10 am to 3:30 pm. Reservations are required and the cost is $54.95 for adults and $24 for kids 3 – 10.
Danza del Sol
On Saturday, March 26, one of Temecula Wine Country’s most beloved bands; StereoFlux will be playing at Danza del Sol on Deportola from 1 – 5 pm.
Miramonte Winery
Miramonte Winery has JD Priest on Friday night and Tricia Freeman on Saturday, March 26.
