Miya Sushi is on the smaller side and is located in a strip mall behind the Bank of America. It is decorated with wood tables, glass petitions and good lighting. Not fancy, but clean and simple.
What to order:
They have a lot of great sushi, sashimi, nigiri and specialty rolls, as well as some good udon and cooked entrees, but what sets this restaurant aside from other spots in town is there Chirashi bowls. If you aren’t familiar with Chirashi Bowls, it means scattered in Japanese and Miya does it right. Each day the chef selects the freshest seafood and builds a plate combined with vegetables and served with rice. Can you say YUM!

Sushi Don is in a strip mall (of course) and is small and unpretentious, you order at the counter and eat at small tables.
What to order:
They have a full menu and have some well thought out combination specials, but honestly you need to try their Donburi bowls. If you haven’t had one, it is rice with fish, meat or other ingredients on top with a sauce. Sushi Don does it right!
Mikado Japanese Restaurant

This restaurant defines shabby chic! The outside looks a bit worn, but the inside is surprisingly quite stylish with a large sushi bar, booths, white table cloths and a wine cellar. It is located next to the Mikado Hotel.
What to order:
The menu is quite extensive with the typical and a-typical Japanese dishes. Reviewers like their cold sake samplers, the soft shell crab and Yellowtail collar bone.
